You’ve decided to form an invigorating rinse for your hair, and you would like to be perfect. For a powerful brew add 3-5 tea bags into a cup of hot water. When brewing the tea solution, ensure that’s cool before use!
Start by washing with shampoo or a cleansing conditioner followed by letting your hair air dry on its own. Next, spray the brewed tea from your spray bottle.
Message your scalp and cover it with a shower cap and leave it for half an hour. Later wash away with lukewarm water without any conditioner or shampoo. See the video clip on the demonstration.
A word of caution
Research has shown that drinking tea or using a form of tea products may promote hair growth.
However, it’s important to keep in mind the potential for toxicity as some supplements have much higher levels of EGCG than regular brewed and processed teas.
